Since our conference location is also a guesthouse, it might be most convenient for you if you stay there. They do offer single rooms for a price of 71€ including breakfast. (You can also book a double room for 78€ including breakfast). Let us know and we’ll try to do the co-ordination. In case you decide to book a room at the Jugendherberge, please indicate that you are a participant of the conference, otherwise you will have to pay an extra membership fee of 22€

If you prefer to stay in a hotel, the Art Hotel Tucholsky just across the street will be the most convenient option. A standard single room is available here at a rate of 78€ per night, a smaller version of that room would be available at 68€, breakfast included. Airports
International airports near Bochum:

• Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS), Düsseldorf: This airport is closest to Bochum. It takes about one hour to get from here to Bochum main station with trains running several times an hour
• Frankfurt Airport (FRA), Frankfurt/ Main: From this airport you will be able to reach Bochum main station by train in two to three hours.
• Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam: From this airport it is also possible to get a train connection to Bochum, even though it might be a non-direct connection.  It will take about 3 to 4 hours.
